After considering the materials on record as well as the submissions, this Court is satisfied that no contempt has been made out. As such, the present application for contempt against the opposite parties is dismissed.
However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to take recourse to the legal remedies available to them against the order dated 02.03.2015 passed by the Secretary, Water Resources
