JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It appears that the petitioner and one Krishna Mahto were caught in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 167 of 2016 and they confessed their guilt disclosing the involvement in the present case. It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused Krishna Mahto has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
