Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 421 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 338, 332, 333, 353, 307, 153(A), 295(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that the instant case was registered at the instance of Choukidar in which approximately 65 persons have been made as accused and out

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68233 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 of them 28 similarly circumstanced accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 7752 of 2018 and 19367 of 2018 vide order dated 16.02.2018 and 08.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Muasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 421 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
