Versus

The State of Bihar ... ... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s :

Mr. Javed Aslam, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s :

Ms. Rita Verma, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the prayer for anticipatory of petitioner no. 2, Azad Shah @ Azad Ali has already become infructuous in order no. 2 dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11229 of 2021(3) dt.10-01-2022 2/2 16.11.2021, so the petition is restricted to petitioner nos. 1,3,4 and 5, respectively.

There are cross cases registered with regard to the same incident and the injuries have caused on both sides. Considering all the aspects and the injury report of Reyajuddin Sah, the allegation of injuries has been caused on him is against all the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application is dismissed.
