The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Trial No. 3371 of 2016 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1866 of 2015 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of the offence, the petitioner Bhola Singh, who is said to have no criminal antecedents and is in custody since 15th July, 2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,
