JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-09-2018 From the case diary particularly Paragraph Nos. 5, 6 and 7 where the confessional statements of the co-accused have been recorded, the learned A.C.J.M seems to have found that there are sufficient materials to proceed against all the accused persons. At this stage, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact, the petitioner is himself victim of the present case. This Court is of the opinion that the petitioner may take such pleas which may be available to him at the time of framing of charge.

This application is dismissed at this stage.
