ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S.Case No.217 of 2015 registered under sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary in the present case was called for which has been received.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and in view of the materials which has come in the case dairy so as to indicate that the petitioner had been having an illicit relationship with the sister-in-law of the sister of the petitioner which came to be the reason why the deceased committed suicide, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31844 of 2015 (3) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, it shall be open to the court below to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of regular bail without being prejudiced by this order.
