JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 31-10-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20197 of 2017 by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1198 of 2010 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could not surrender due to lack of knowledge. In view of such, four weeks' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioner on bail as per the order dated 30.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20197 of 2017.
