The petitioner seeks bail in Sonarsa P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35, 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, four unknown persons, riding on two motorcycles, entered into the shop of the informant and on the point of pistol, looted away cash of Rs. 10,000/- and fled away.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Balkrishna Thakur, who has already been granted bail by the learned court below itself. No looted money /

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62976 of 2021(2) dt.18-02-2022 2/2 incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonarsa P.S.
