This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Dawath Police Station Case No. 104 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A), 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-inlaw of the deceased and the deceased had committed suicide and there is no material about the torture of the deceased for the dowry. He has also submitted that the minor children of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9244 of 2021(4) dt.18-01-2022 2/2 deceased are staying with the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the State has not been able to refute the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within eight weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Dawath Police Station Case No. 104 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
