2 In this case, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was allowed vide Cr Misc No 13383 of 2023 subject to the condition that he had to surrender before the Court concerned within four weeks from 22.05.2023.

3 Months later, this petition has been preferred for extension of four weeks time on the ground that in the petition itself, typographical error was made and, thereafter, Summer Vacation took place which delayed the process. 4 Learned APP, on the other hand, submits that Summer Vacation came to an end on 18.06.2023 and the period lapsed on 21.06.2023. 5 This Court finds force in the submission of learned APP.

6 No relief can be granted to the petitioner. This application stands rejected.

7 The petitioner should surrender before the Court concerned within four weeks from today failing which the police shall arrest him.
