Petitioner apprehends arrest in Bhabua Police Station Case No 499 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 120B of Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated in this case only because her husband Kush Kumar Singh has given the Power of Attorney to one Munna Singh for selling the lands to which he had no title. It is submitted that the petitioner has been implicated merely because she is wife of Kush Kumar Singh. The matter is also compromised as is evident from the petition
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66807 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 seeking leave to compromise the matter.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in BhabuaPolice Station Case No 499 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
