JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015 for the offenses under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR was lodged against unknown in connection with an incident of 2015. The petitioner was remanded on 14.6.2019. Several other co-accused have been granted bail by this Court. He has referred to the orders of this Court contained in Annexures 3 to 6. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
