Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of killing the deceased which has been also got substantiated in the version of the daughter of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner specially when she has been also absconding for a period over two years despite being named in the F.I.R.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected, but then nothing said in this order shall weigh upon the court below, if the petitioner surrenders and makes prayer for grant of regular bail.
