Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks after resumption of the normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within the undertaken time, office will place the matter before the Bench. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to seek regular bail before the learned court below. Permission is granted.
The instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9105 of 2021(2) dt.10-01-2022 2/2 date of receipt of a copy of this order and seek regular bail. The learned court below is directed to consider and dispose of the case of the petitioner, preferably, on the same date in accordance with the merits of the case without being prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present application.
