Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor anything appears to have been recovered from his conscious possession and moreover, petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade but the witnesses failed to identify him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
