The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 67(A) of I.T. Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners started molesting sister of the informant with intention to commit rape and on protest, the accused persons threatened to post her obscene photo on social media.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that both parties are co-villagers and next door neighbours and due to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52347 of 2022(3) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 petty dispute, a false case has been lodged. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. There is case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S.
