The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S.Case No.54/2017 dated 12.5.2017 corresponding to G.R.No.729 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is of snatching of jewelry from the informant. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. It further appears that the petitioner is accused in ten other cases Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession. He has not been put on TIP and he has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused and further two other co-accused persons have been granted bail vide order dated 10.1.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.59171 of 2017 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65880 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 order dated 8.2.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. no.7595 of 2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts that the petitioner has criminal antecedent and he is accused in ten other cases, as such I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge is framed, in this case, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
