The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 245/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/379/ 307/385/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of the fact that one person on the side of the petitioner has died, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing
