JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner inflicted knife blow on the sister of the informant causing her death. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the informant happens to be a tailor and there was no premeditation to commit the office. In heat of passion on sudden quarrel incident occurred in which scissors pierced the body of the sister of the informant causing her death. Petitioner is in custody since 21.6.2021.

No.62966 of 2021(3) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that she assaulted the informant's sister with knife causing her death which is also supported by the post mortem report.

Considering the nature of accusation and materials available on the records against the petitioner, her prayer for bail is refused.
