The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) / 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

5800 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a truck.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of truck in question and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or
