The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 381, 408, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Aditya Kumar Singh the petitioner was working as a salesman in his shop Himalaya Hardware Stores. The petitioner committed theft of Rs. 22,000/- coins of different denominations, different papers and also stole cheques of the informant.

It is submitted that the petitioner demanded his arrear of wages amounting to Rs. 46,000/-, that is why this false case has been lodged. No cheque was encashed and there is nothing on record to show that the petitioner committed theft of any articles

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 197 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
