The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation of assault by the petitioner. The entire allegations are false and concocted and the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case on account of dirty village politics. It is further submitted that the injury, which is purported to have been inflicted, has been found to be simple in nature.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66058 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. -II, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
