The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.49 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 364 and 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the Court of Sri R.R. Raman, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name has been dragged in the present case, but she has nothing to do with the occurrence. It is further submitted that the three accused persons, who have been subjected to lie detection test, were absolved in pursuance of the lie detection test and have been subsequently released on regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11173 of 2015 (4) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 Case diary in the present case has also been received. Learned counsel for the State has drawn my attention to certain paragraphs of the case diary in which independent witnesses have stated that the three persons had taken the victim Rani Kumari along with them to the house of the present petitioner Vina Devi and subsequently thereafter the girl disappeared and has not since been recovered. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and in view of the fact that the victim girl in question has not yet been recovered, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The miscellaneous application is, accordingly, dismissed.
