JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22.11.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 25(I-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol containing five live cartridges and one looted mobile are said to have been recovered from the room of the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been implicated at the instance of his enemy and, as a mater of fact, nothing has been recovered from room of the petitioner and moreover, co-accused Sumit Kumar and others have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65979 of 2018 (2) dt.22-11-2018 Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case no. 254/2018.
