JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 337, 338, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In the instant case 50-60 unknown persons were involved in free fight causing injury to both sides and on the basis of self statement of S.I., the present case has been registered against 16 named including the petitioner and 60 unknown persons.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.06.2019.
