2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.141 of 2025 registered under Sections 80, 238, 61(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with the son of the petitioner and it is alleged that due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, the accused persons including petitioner committed murder of his daughter and disappeared her dead body.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner, who is aged about 70 years, is father-in-law of the deceased. The informant's daughter and her husband had

Petitioner has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 07.05.2025. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.141 of 2025.
