JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be Sarhu of the deceased. It is alleged that when the deceased left his home on the call of the petitioner, some unknown persons shot fire at him while the deceased was on his way. It appears that the informant has raised suspicion against the petitioner only on the ground that there was some dispute between the deceased as well as petitioner on the point of partition of the land of their Sasural. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
