2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have apprehended the informant and snatched his mobile and also Rs. 50,000/- from the informant and on protest, one person gave knife blow on his hand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has been implicated in this case due to previous local enmity. Petitioner bears fair antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner was also involved in the alleged occurrence.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
