Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is of assaulting on the head of the informant by farsa.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. There is no head injury found by the doctor. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 19.08.2018.

Case No. 18 of 2017.
