Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020 registered for the offences under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier moved this court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 31911 of 2020, which was rejected vide order dated 02.03.2021.

Considering that no fresh ground has been urged on behalf of the petitioner warranting reconsideration of the prayer for bail of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63139 of 2021(8) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is accordingly rejected.
