Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 26.02.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 8194 of 2016. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Barun P.S.Case No. 149 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad stands rejected.

However, if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.

Let a copy of this order be sent to Superintendent of police, Aurangabad with direction to him to ensure the presence of prosecution witness before the trial court without any delay. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
