The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 447, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner caused injury with knife to the brother of the informant Ram Sewak Sharma.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though a sharp cutting injury has been found but the same has been found to be of marginal size simple in nature. A statement has been made in paragraph 3

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34605 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 183 of 2012 pending in the court of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
