JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/504/427/379/353 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that a truck dashed the girl, thereafter, the petitioner and others blocked the road took out money and other articles from the truck, in question. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is against the mob. In fact, the mob was protesting against the inaction of the police and the police in order to save its own skin lodged the present case. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the accusation against the mob, let the

No.32463 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.82 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
