16-12-2016 Heard Sri Anupa Nand Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who are uncle and aunt of the husband of the deceased and in custody since 20th July, 2016, have prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that initially the F.I.R. was lodged for offence under Sections 498(A), 306, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and after investigation, chargesheet has also been submitted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. He submits that there is no specific accusation against the petitioners and petitioners, being relative of the husband of the deceased, have been made accused in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42153 of 2016 (3) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 present case.

Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for grant of bail and submits that even during investigation, involvement of the petitioners has come to notice. Considering the fact that petitioners are not closed relative, rather uncle and aunt of the husband of the deceased and the fact that it was a case of suicide, let both the petitioners namely Karun Laheri @ Sunil Laheri and Munni Devi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Naugachiya (Bhagalpur) in connection with Naugachiya P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016.
