1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 458 of 2019 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The complaint case is lodged after lapse of one month of the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53144 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S.
