The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 192C/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354, 354B, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation against the petitioner is false as they did not want the complainant to do work as maid servant. It is further submitted that, in fact, the entire allegation has been motivated by one Abhay Mishra with whom petitioners have inimical terms.
Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31917 of 2015 (3) dt.18-08-2015 petitioner, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in connection with Complaint Case No. 192C/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.
