1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 170 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the victim developed abdominal pain and feeling of dizziness in her stomach wherein she went to the shop of petitioner with her husband. In the course of treatment, the petitioner tried to remove her clothes with mala fide intention and rubbed the spray over her abdominal and he touched the private part of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. He is not a doctor rather he is a proprietor of a medical shop and there is no question of committing misdeed with the informant by the petitioner.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJMVIII, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 170 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

6. The petitioner shall remain present physically on each and every date before the court below till framing of the charges.
