Taking into consideration that rifles and live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and hence, their prayer for bail in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No. 89 of 2016, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Bhojpur, Ara stands rejected.
