Petitioner seeks bail in Cheriya Bariarpur P.S. Case No.155 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 30 litres Mahua liquor has been recovered from under constructed house of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2018 having clean antecedents.
