The allegation against the petitioners is of recovery of 14 liquors of beer and 15 kgs Mahua from their house. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that recovery is from the joint house of the petitioners and no recovery from the specific possession of the petitioners has been made and they are in custody since 21.8.2016.
