28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 402 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, it is alleged against the petitioners that they alongwith other co-accused on the gunpoint took away 11 sheeps and cash of Rs. 12,000/- of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53806 of 2019(5) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 In view of specific allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail. The prayer for bail stands rejected.
