The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 307 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per allegation, when the informant was going by his four-wheeler vehicle along with Sonu Singh, Md.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9011 of 2021(3) dt.06-01-2022 2/3 Shahnawaz @ Sikandar fired shot, which hit at the temporal region of the informant after breaking the glass of the vehicle. The allegation against the petitioner is that he also fired shot on Md. Maisar, who sat on the rear seat of the vehicle, but he did not sustain any injury.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties are co-villagers. He has also submitted that there was previous enmity between both the parties and the other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench in Cr. Misc. No. 5829 of 2021, vide order dated 25.10.2021. As per paragraph no. 3 of the petition, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 307 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove,
