One kilogram of Ganja has been seized from kiosk of the petitioner where he was present and on account thereof, is under custody since 07.10.2016.

That being so, for the present, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected. However, if so advised, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after examination of the seizure list witnesses. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
