2. The present writ application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner to pay his salary from the date of joining i.e. from 10.11.2023 as Primary Teacher in the Nav Srijit Primary School Jastapur in the district of Saharasa.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may be directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent nos.5 & 6 and they will

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before respondent nos.5 & 6 within a period of two weeks along with all supporting documents and respondent nos.5 & 6 are well advised to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. It is made clear that respondent nos.5 & 6 will be held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
