The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 448, 341, 323, 308, 354 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is brother-in-law (devar) of the informant. The informant made allegation that the petitioner entered into her house and used abusive language. The petitioner also assaulted the informant.

It is submitted that petitioner demanded his share and on account of some dispute verbal altercation took place. No apparent injury was found on the person of informant. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named

No.31164 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Niharika, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
