Petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S.Case No. 361 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a,26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

This petitioner was apprehended on spot with two mobile phones. He claims clean antecedent and is custody since 02.08.2021.
