JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners pray for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the FIR, these petitioners are only alleged to have abused the informant's sister and dragged her outside the house, thereafter co-accused Masuma Praveen is alleged to have assaulted informant's sister with knife on her right side chest causing her death. Petitioners are in custody since 21.6.2021. Taking into consideration the fact that these petitioners are not the assailant of deceased, prayer for bail of both the petitioners as mentioned above is allowed. Let
