Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted Ejajur Ansari by means of iron rod as a result of which he sustained injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case just because he maintains a cordial relation with the side of the co-accused. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail application submitting that this petitioner assaulted the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53227 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 informant by means of iron rod causing him grievous injury. Considering the grievous nature of injury, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
