The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Badal Paswan and, after that, petitioner was remanded in this case on 16.03.2016.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that neither anything was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I.P.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S.Case No. 84 of 2015.
